ISP intestinal polyp is a morphological type of intestinal polyp, colon polyp type ISP refers to subtyping colon polyp, that is, there is a subtyping at the base of the lesion to connect with the intestinal wall. The exact pathogenesis of subtypical colon polyps is unclear, and is generally thought to be related to genetic mutations, inflammatory stimuli, and heredity. This polyp is more likely to be benign, but does not exclude the chance of malignant changes. Patients can be followed up regularly for observation. If the polyp is found to grow too fast during observation, endoscopic resection or radical surgical resection can be performed. Patients with ISP-type polyps should eat less greasy and fat-rich food, and can participate in physical exercise to control their weight. If bleeding occurs in the intestines, growth hormone releasing inhibitory hormone can be used to constrict local blood vessels and reduce bleeding, and severe surgical treatment is feasible. Routine electronic colonoscopy is recommended, if large diameter polyps are found, in order to prevent possible malignant changes, the patient can be timely surgical resection and pathologic examination, to clarify the diagnosis, and further improve the necessary treatment to avoid aggravation of the condition.
