Periodontal exploration and full-mouth surface tomography should be performed when the incisors are active. If deep cavities exist in incisors and cause periapical inflammation, the pulp cavity can be ground open and pulp drainage can be performed, and the roots can be gradually restored to stability after completion of root canal treatment. If a large amount of calculus and granulation tissue is attached to the root surface of incisors, which destroys the periodontal attachment, subgingival scraping and root surface leveling should be performed to promote the formation of new tissue. If necessary, gingival flap surgery can be performed to cover the root surface with bone powder and periosteum so that tooth looseness is reduced after the height of alveolar bone is increased. If the looseness of the incisors is 1-2 degrees and there is no obvious pain, an arch splint can be made after subgingival scraping to restore the chewing function of the incisors.
