Polyenylphosphatidylcholine Capsules Usage

Polyenyl phosphatidylcholine capsules are an oral dosage form, so the usage is mainly by oral administration. The maximum oral dosage should not exceed six capsules per day, that is, two capsules three times per day, which is the usual dosage. If there is significant discomfort, such as stomach discomfort or diarrhea, the dosage may be reduced to one capsule three times a day. Polyenyl phosphatidylcholine is mainly used in patients with hepatic impairment to protect the liver. In case of elevated transaminases, oral polyene-phosphatidylcholine capsules can also be used as an aid to lower the enzymes. The liver is a detoxifying organ and there are many possible mechanisms for liver cell damage to occur. Therefore, polyenyl phosphatidylcholine capsules, when taken orally, also target multiple mechanisms and have a role in inhibiting lipid peroxidation and collagen synthesis, in addition to stabilizing the liver cell membrane.
