Zopiclone and eszopiclone are different classes of sedative drugs, there is no equivalent substitution relationship.

Adverse reactions include dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue and rash.
Used with caution: pregnant and lactating women, acute alcoholism with the central nervous system in a state of depression, hepatic and renal impairment, myasthenia gravis, acute or easy-to-occur closed-angle glaucoma episodes, patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Alcohol should not be consumed during medication.
Both need to avoid long-term use of large quantities, such as long-term use should be gradually reduced, should not be abruptly stopped, the initial application should start from a small dose, during the use of alcohol is prohibited.
