After the foreskin is turned over, it must be turned back again. Because the foreskin mouth is very small in patients with prepuce, after flipping it open to the glans and the back of the coronal sulcus, a very small pressurized band will be formed so that the veins in the inner plate of the foreskin and the glans will be pressurized, which will lead to impaired venous return, and not flipping it back over time will lead to foreskin imbedding and edema, causing redness of the glans and significant swelling of the distal foreskin, and this situation will cause severe pain. It is recommended that for patients with foreskin, the foreskin must be turned back in time after the foreskin is turned over. If the foreskin is turned over regularly the foreskin mouth will become looser and can be easily turned to the glans and the back of the coronal groove, and this condition will not be turned back after the foreskin is turned over.
