Most people are positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis, so it has no practical significance for the diagnosis of tuberculosis. 2. Tuberculosis active stage: If the patient has obvious low fever, night sweats, emaciation, poor appetite, etc., and chest CT can find the characteristic changes of tuberculosis prevalent areas, then consider the possibility of tuberculosis, and finding tuberculosis bacilli in the sputum is the “gold standard” of diagnosis. If you find tuberculosis antibody in the examination, don’t be alarmed, go to a tuberculosis specialist as soon as possible and let the specialist judge.
