What ointment to use for solar dermatitis

Solar dermatitis is mainly due to phototoxic reactions caused by ultraviolet radiation, and can be treated with topical mucosal protectants, glucocorticoid ointment and other drugs.
1. Mucous membrane protection agent: such as zinc oxide ointment. 2. Glucocorticoid ointment: hydrocortisone ointment, for example, is suitable for atopic dermatitis, eczema, neurodermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis and pruritus. Long-term use can cause skin atrophy, capillary dilatation, secondary infection and so on. It is forbidden to use it for those who are allergic to the drug, and it is forbidden to use it for infectious diseases of the skin, such as impetigo, tinea corporis and tinea cruris.
