What should I do if my tongue is bleeding?

Bleeding from the tongue is seen in trauma, oral ulcers, hematologic disorders, tongue cancer, etc. Treatment with medication and surgery can be considered.
1. Trauma: There are many veins on the surface of tongue, and trauma can lead to tongue bleeding. If the wound is large, compression to stop bleeding or debridement and suturing are recommended for treatment.
