It is not recommended to take Gentian Diarrhea Pill and Gui Fu Di Huang Wan together to avoid causing discomfort or affecting the efficacy of the medicine. Longdian Diarrhea Liver Pill is used for dizziness and red eyes (dizziness and red eyes) caused by damp-heat of liver and gallbladder (damp-heat evils accumulated in the liver and gallbladder), tinnitus and deafness, dystocia and bitterness of mouth (pain in the area of dystocia and ribcage and bitterness of the mouth), redness in the urine, and wet-heat leucorrhoea. It should not be taken for a long time by anyone with weak spleen and stomach, and should be used with caution by pregnant women and those with stomach cold. It is not advisable to take tonic Chinese medicines at the same time while taking the medicine. Gui Fu Di Huang Wan (桂附地黄丸) has the effect of warming and tonifying kidney yang (warming and replenishing the yang energy of the kidneys). It is used in treating impotence and coldness of the waist and knees caused by deficiency of kidney yang (lack of yang qi in the kidneys), dysuria (unsmooth urination) or reflux, and phlegm (pathological product of impaired metabolism of water and fluid) and wheezing and coughing. Not recommended for pregnant women. If there is any discomfort, it is recommended to consult a doctor. If medication is needed, it should be identified by a doctor and regulated in accordance with medical advice.
