How to get quick relief from motion sickness

Motion sickness can be relieved by oral medication, food stimulation, and improving the ride environment.
1. Oral medications.
(1) Anticholinergic drugs: scopolamine tablets, phencyclidine hydrochloride, atropine, scopolamine, phenylephrine and so on.
(2) Antihistamine drugs: ethanolamines (teicoplanin, diphenhydramine), piperazines (xylazine, buclizine, meclizine), hydrocarbons and amines (chlorpheniramine), and phenothiazines (iproniazine).
2. Food stimulation: in the car on the way to put ginger under the nose or oral ginger, ginger can also be affixed to the navel or temples, can be effective in preventing motion sickness; or with fresh orange peel, folded into a double layer, squeezed with the fingers, which ejected a fine mist of orange scented oil, help prevent motion sickness.
3. Improve the car environment: try to sit in the front row or by the window position, keep your eyes on the front, open the windows to ventilate the car, drive smoothly, avoid emergency braking.
Patients with motion sickness can go to the hospital for vestibular rehabilitation training if necessary, and it is recommended to consult a doctor before taking medication.
