What does a clear fat layer indicate

A clear fat layer indicates that the current fat layer is not pathologically altered, is morphologically normal, and does not show abnormal tissue invasion. A clear fat layer is a sign of normal anatomical morphology of the fat layer and may be a description of what is seen on imaging. The diagnosis needs to be considered in conjunction with the clinical symptoms, and the treatment plan should be considered according to the location, size, and morphology of the primary lesion, with further pathologic examination to confirm the nature of the lesion and guide the clinical treatment plan, if necessary. The thickness of the fat layer varies in different parts of the human body. Normally, it is necessary to maintain good dietary habits, low-salt and low-fat diet, reasonable intake of nutrients and calories, supplemental vitamins and high-quality proteins, and appropriate sports and exercise, to maintain a normal body weight and body fat rate, to avoid disorders of lipid metabolism and accumulation of localized fat.
