Spatio-temporal concomitant refers to a citizen’s phone number and the phone number of a diagnosed or asymptomatic infected person staying together for more than 10 minutes at the same time and in the space-time grid (the range of which is 800M*800M) in a period of 14 days, and the cumulative length of stay of either party’s phone number in the region in the last 14 days exceeds 30 hours or more, and the number detected is a spatio-temporal concomitant number.
Screening the “temporal companion” can maximize the discovery of potential risk groups, more “temporal overlap” and may be infected into the focus of the screening, truly early detection.
Once a member of the public is found to have temporal association with a diagnosed or asymptomatic infected person, he or she will be considered as a temporal associate in the risk group.
