Grade A and B of sperm reflect the sperm vitality and help to clarify the fertility of male patients. Sperm can be clinically categorized into four grades according to their vitality and morphology, namely Grade A sperm, Grade B sperm, Grade C sperm and Grade D sperm. 1.
