Exercise workouts for frozen shoulder

Exercise workouts for frozen shoulder are divided into two periods: acute and chronic. Different exercise methods are used in different periods. 1. Acute stage: This period is mainly to relieve pain, prevent adhesion and increase joint mobility. Shoulder joint “swing”, “shrug”, “chest expansion”, “chest” and other movements can be practiced. 2. Recovery period: Increase joint mobility, enhance muscle strength, and restore upper limb motor function. (1) Shoulder flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, rotation and joint movement exercises in combined directions. (2) Resistance isometric or isotonic muscle strength training with elastic bands in each direction of shoulder joint activity. (3) Shoulder active exercise using shoulder wheel and other equipment.
