Second, lumbar spine small joint disorder, acute and chronic injuries can cause lumbar spine small joint dislocation leading to lower back pain, which can be accompanied by radiating pain in the buttocks and lower limbs, limited lumbar spine activities, and in severe cases, there can be lumbar spine rigidity or lateral convexity, and some patients can relieve the symptoms by taking the position of flexion, with the pressure point in the paravertebral joints, and the straight-leg raising test is sometimes positive.
