Eating warfarin to be extracted should be 5~10 days before the extraction first stop using warfarin. Warfarin belongs to the coumarin class of anticoagulants, generally 12~18h after taking the drug to take effect, 36~48h to reach the peak of anticoagulation, the drug half-life is longer, about 44~60h, the effect of the drug can be maintained for 3~5 days. The main adverse reaction is bleeding, such as nosebleed, gum bleeding, skin ecchymosis. It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment and in patients who are allergic to the product. If teeth are to be extracted, warfarin should be discontinued 5~10 days before extraction. Warfarin can cause hemorrhage or fatal bleeding, therefore, all patients should monitor the INR (International Normalized Ratio) during administration. In case of emergency, the effects of warfarin may be reversed by intravenous vitamin K, clotting factor concentrates, or fresh frozen plasma.
