Normal values for men have a heart rate of 60-100 beats per minute. When you are working, or when you are emotionally excited, your heart beats faster than when you are quiet, and if your heart rate is lower than 60 beats per minute, you are experiencing bradycardia. However, athletes or regular heavy laborers may have a heart rate lower than 60 beats per minute and may be able to live and work normally without any other adverse symptoms. If the heart rate is more than 100 beats/minute, it is called tachycardia. Heart rate and personal occupation also has a lot to do with, so usually time must pay attention to smooth mind, avoid very long time work tension, too much pressure, may cause heart muscle function and cause heart rate fluctuation.
