The white material in the vaginal opening of women is vaginal secretion, if the secretion is white paste, no odor, no vaginal itching, it is a normal physiological phenomenon. This is because as women age, after sexual maturity, the hormone levels in the body will cause the vaginal glands to produce secretions that will lubricate the vagina. If the color of the vaginal discharge is abnormal or accompanied by other uncomfortable symptoms, it is often considered to be caused by gynecological inflammation. If the white discharge is accompanied by vulvar itching, it may be caused by a localized infection, and a common bacterial infection is mycosis vaginalis. The common bacterial infection is mycobacterial vaginitis, which can be infected when the resistance of women is low, and can be treated with cleansing of the vulva and insertion of a vaginal suppository with mycobacterin. If a woman experiences an abnormal increase in white discharge, consider vaginitis or pelvic inflammatory disease.
