Clinical manifestations of chronic tension headache

The clinical manifestation of chronic tension headache as headache needs to meet the following characteristics: 1. an average of ≥15 days of attacks per month for more than three months. More than 180 days of attacks per year. 2. last for hours or days, or are persistent. 3. At least two of the following headache characteristics: ① Bilateral headache. ② Pressure or tightness (non-throbbing) in nature. Mild or moderate headache. Daily activities (e.g., walking or walking up stairs) do not aggravate the headache. 4. Two of the following: ① No photophobia, phonophobia, or mild nausea, or only one of them. No moderate-to-severe nausea or vomiting. Patients with the above symptoms should go to the hospital in a timely manner and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of a doctor.
