Severe SLE with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage can be treated by general treatment, medication and plasma exchange.
1. General treatment: it mainly includes paying attention to rest, light diet, strengthening nutrition, avoiding strenuous exercise, etc. For diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, attention should be paid to hemoptysis, respiration, etc., and oxygen therapy can be carried out.
2. Drug therapy: If there is no contraindication for diffuse alveolar hemorrhage in severe SLE, high-dose hormone, such as methylprednisolone and other shock therapy can be given, and immunosuppressant such as cyclophosphamide and cyclosporine can be given according to the situation, and gammaglobulin can also be used for treatment.
3. Plasma exchange: If the above treatments are ineffective, plasma exchange can be used.
