Advanced stage of liver cancer refers to the malignant tumor of liver invades the whole liver, portal vein and inferior vena cava to form cancer embolism, and some patients will have distant metastasis, and some of them may combine with lymph node metastasis in retroperitoneum. Complications: (1) Hepatic encephalopathy: a syndrome characterized by metabolic disorder and central nervous system dysfunction, which is the most serious complication of liver cancer. (2) Upper gastrointestinal bleeding: patients with coagulation dysfunction combined with portal hypertensive gastropathy.
