Breast cancer patients with ipsilateral supraclavicular lymph node metastasis can have neoadjuvant followed by surgery, while contralateral supraclavicular lymph node metastasis is distant metastasis, which is not considered for surgical treatment. When breast cancer patients’ tumor cells show ipsilateral supraclavicular lymph node metastasis, chemotherapy or radiotherapy followed by surgical resection of the lesion should be adopted in time for treatment, which can effectively reduce the impact on the lymph node site, help control the condition, improve the prognosis and prolong the survival period. When tumor cells of breast cancer patients show contralateral supraclavicular lymph node metastasis, it belongs to distant metastasis, and it is usually not recommended to choose surgical method for treatment. Chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other methods should be chosen under the guidance of doctors to control the condition. Patients with clavicular lymph node metastasis of breast cancer should go to the hospital to receive regular treatment in time to avoid delaying the condition.
