Renal Failure Non-Dialysis Diseases, Do They Exist?

Renal failure can be divided into acute and chronic, in which chronic renal insufficiency can be divided into four phases according to creatinine level, i.e., compensated phase, decompensated phase, renal failure phase and uremic phase. Whether dialysis is needed is related to the patient’s creatinine and glomerular filtration rate, and has nothing to do with the type of the disease, and there is no renal failure non-dialysis type of the disease. Renal failure is a pathological state in which various renal diseases progress to advanced stages. It can be categorized into four stages based on creatinine level. Renal insufficiency creatinine level between 133 and 177 mmol/L is the compensated stage, creatinine value between 186 and 442 mmol/L is the decompensated stage, creatinine value between 451 and 707 mmol/L is the renal failure stage, and creatinine value higher than 707 mmol/L is the uremic stage. Usually in the early stage of renal insufficiency, such as compensated stage and decompensated stage, it can be maintained by medication, but when the disease develops to renal failure stage and uremic stage, hemodialysis treatment is needed. If you are suffering from renal insufficiency, you need to consult the doctor regularly and follow the doctor’s instructions for different treatments at different stages of the disease.
