If the symptoms are more serious, it is necessary to take the intravenous drip way of administration, the specific dosage is 0.5g added to 5% dextrose solution, static drip, once a day, after 1~2 days of treatment, it can be changed to 0.25g, once a day, oral. The course of treatment is 7 days.
