Rheumatism with enlarged bone joints is related to streptococcal infection. Streptococcal infection will lead to edema of synovial membrane of the joints and the surrounding tissues, which will lead to the symptoms of swollen joints and enlarged bone joints.
1. Use of drugs: patients can use antibiotics such as amoxicillin and erythromycin to fight streptococcal infections and improve symptoms. Patients with joint pain can use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen and diclofenac to relieve pain.
2. Surgery: Rheumatic diseases that lead to enlarged bone joints and obvious joint dysfunction may need to be treated by orthopedic surgery and artificial joint replacement.
3. General treatment: In order to avoid aggravation of symptoms, patients need to rest more and avoid strenuous exercise to prevent aggravation of the condition.
It is recommended that the patient should consult the doctor in time and follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment, and the medication should be used under the doctor’s guidance, do not use the medication on your own.
