Patients should not judge by themselves whether they are suffering from Necrospermia or not. Necrospermia needs to be diagnosed by combining clinical manifestations, routine semen analysis, and staining of dead and alive sperms. 1. Clinical manifestations: patients with azoospermia may have no obvious symptoms, or they may have decreased libido, fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness), dizziness, lumbar spinal pain, etc. Some patients have sexual dysfunction, varicose veins in the spermatic cord, and other diseases. Some patients have a history of male sexual dysfunction, varicocele, prostatitis, and neurasthenia. Patients may also have a history of crude cottonseed oil consumption, radiation exposure. 2. Routine semen analysis: routine semen analysis suggests that spermatozoa viability is 0 and spermatozoa are immobile. 3. Dead and alive sperm staining method: take semen and put it on a slide, add 0.5% blue eosin staining solution, observe it under a high power microscope, live sperm will not be colored, dead sperm will be dyed red. Patients with the above symptoms should not diagnose on their own, but should go to the hospital in time, complete the relevant examinations, be diagnosed by the doctor, and standardized treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
