Minimally invasive breast surgery, if the indications are well chosen, there are generally no complications, there will be discomfort during local anesthesia, if the anesthesia is good, generally there is no pain during the surgery, a very small number of people who are not sensitive to anesthesia will have pain, by increasing the amount of anesthesia will be able to complete the surgery smoothly. Our department applies the “sandwich” anesthesia injection method, basically few people have pain. We have done more than 400 cases, only a few patients, due to postoperative compression bandage is not good, appear local hematoma, after one to two months can return to normal, there is no infection and mass does not go away. Our experience is that as long as the indications are well chosen and the technique is over the top, there are usually no complications, no hemorrhage and no serious complications of penetrating the chest wall. Even if there is a small local hematoma at the surgical site due to poor compression, it can be absorbed and dissipated, so there is absolutely nothing to worry about.
