Epirubicin hydrochloride combined with cyclophosphamide sequential docetaxel (EC→T) chemotherapy regimen is a combination of epirubicin hydrochloride and cyclophosphamide in the first four phases, followed by docetaxel alone in the last four phases. EC→T chemotherapy program is mainly used in the treatment of breast cancer, which is a comprehensive chemotherapy treatment, covering eight cycles in total, of which the first four cycles need to use epirubicin hydrochloride and cyclophosphamide for combination treatment; while the last four cycles need to use docetaxel for single treatment, or paclitaxel and other drugs can also be used instead. EC→T treatment can effectively remove cancer cells from the body, but at the same time, it will also cause obvious side effects, such as bone marrow suppression, nausea, vomiting, heart damage, etc., and it is necessary to do proper checks on liver and kidney functions, blood routine, and so on.
