Side effects of axitinib

Acytinib side effects include hypertension, arterial and venous thromboembolism, and bleeding. Axitinib inhibits pathological angiogenesis, tumor growth, and cancer progression by inhibiting tyrosine kinase receptors. It is indicated for the treatment of partially eligible adult patients with renal cell carcinoma. Common side effects of this drug include hypertension, arteriovenous thromboembolism, bleeding, heart failure, gastrointestinal perforation, proteinuria, hepatic impairment, diarrhea, and fatigue.
