Correction of sacroiliac joint dislocation should be decided according to the degree of dislocation. Mild dislocation can be relieved by bed rest, topical ointment, traction, physiotherapy, etc., and surgical reset is needed for severe cases. If the sacroiliac joints are not obviously displaced, we can consider manipulative reset, after reset, bed rest for 1 to 2 months, with pelvic traction for one month to one and a half months, during this period, we should reduce pelvic activities, pay attention to keep warm. If the displacement of sacroiliac joint is obvious, it is necessary to consider surgical repositioning, and at the same time give the hollow screw internal fixation, otherwise it will affect the normal walking and standing in the later stage. In addition, it is necessary to rest for 2 to 3 months during the period of reset to avoid blind weight bearing too early.
