Common symptoms: Most patients develop the disease in adolescence. Most patients show irregular menstruation, mostly sporadic menstruation, and some patients show secondary amenorrhea. Most patients show long-term ovarian ovulation abnormalities, and a few show sporadic ovulation, or luteal insufficiency, which causes infertility. Physical appearance: about 50% of the patients are obese, some patients have increased and coarse black body hair on the upper lip and areola, chest and abdomen, oily skin and acne, and a few patients have thickened skin in the vulva and axillae and behind the neck, and the color count is hyperpigmented. 3. Findings: abnormal sex hormones, ultrasound indicates multiple small follicles in both ovaries, and abnormally high insulin. 4.Related tests needed: a.Sex hormone test; b.Uterine ultrasound (unmarried) or vaginal ultrasound (married); c.Insulin test and glucose tolerance test.
