How to deal with breast milk stagnation

Treatment of milk stasis: First, apply a small amount of lubricant to the skin of the affected breast, hold the affected breast in the left hand, and use the four fingers of the right hand, that is, the index finger to the little finger, to push, knead and press to unblock the hard nodes and lumps of the affected breast. Then, use the five fingers of the right hand to gently rub and grasp the breast from the root to the areola in the direction of the milk duct to unblock the milk. Next, use the index and middle fingers of the right hand to hold the areola and nipple of the affected breast and gently lift them outward, so that the milk will be ejected, and repeat the above techniques until the milk is drained and the breast is soft. However, special attention should be paid to the fact that the affected area should be irradiated with a divine light for 10-20 minutes to make the milk ducts fully dilated before using the treatment.
