What is aleitinib?

Aleitinib, commonly known as Aleitinib Hydrochloride Capsules, is indicated as a single agent for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that is positive for anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). 1.This product is mainly a highly selective and potent ALK and RET tyrosine kinase inhibitor. In non-clinical studies, inhibition of ALK tyrosine kinase activity blocked the activation of downstream signaling pathways STAT3 and PI3K/AKT, inducing tumor cell death (apoptosis). 2. Aleitinib Hydrochloride Capsules may cause adverse reactions such as constipation, nausea, myalgia, hepatotoxicity, bradycardia, diarrhea and vomiting. 3.Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to alectinib or any excipients of this product. 4. An ALK-positive assessment confirmed by a fully validated assay must be obtained prior to administration of this product. Alaetinib hydrochloride capsules are targeted drugs and should be used under the guidance of a medical professional.
