Cavernous infarction is cavernous cerebral infarction, when there is a symptom of acidity of one side of the limb, there are mainly drug treatment, interventional therapy and rehabilitation therapy.
1. Drug treatment: Atipase can be given as intravenous thrombolytic therapy within 4.5 hours after the onset of lacunar infarction; for those who can’t be thrombolytic, aspirin can be given as symptomatic treatment to prevent platelet aggregation, atorvastatin to stabilize plaques, butylphthalide to improve the circulation, and cytarabine to promote cerebral metabolism, and so on.
2. Interventional therapy: If there is a combination of large vessel stenosis, interventional therapy, such as balloon dilatation, stent implantation and other treatments, can be given to restore the cerebral blood supply, to avoid the progress of the disease, and to promote the functional recovery.
3. Rehabilitation therapy: Rehabilitation exercises for limb function, such as occupational therapy.
If there is soreness in one side of the limb in lacunar cerebral infarction, you should go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible, and do not blindly self-medication.
