Weixikang is the trade name and generic name of Solynasin Succinate Tablets. Solynasin Succinate Tablets are competitive muscarinic receptor antagonists that inhibit overactivity of the detrusor muscle by antagonizing muscarinic M receptors in bladder smooth muscle, ultimately achieving relief of the symptoms of urge incontinence, urinary urgency, and urinary frequency accompanying overactive bladder syndrome. The most common adverse reaction to Solifenacin Succinate Tablets is dry mouth, while other adverse reactions include blurred vision, constipation, nausea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, urinary tract infection, peripheral edema, dry skin, drowsiness, abnormal urination, and fatigue. In addition, it is prohibited for patients who are known to be allergic to the drug, prohibited for patients with urinary retention, severe hepatic dysfunction, severe gastrointestinal disorders, myasthenia gravis, narrow-angle glaucoma, prohibited for patients undergoing hemodialysis at the same time, prohibited for patients with severe renal dysfunction who are also taking potent CYP3A4 inhibitors, as well as patients with moderate hepatic dysfunction.
