Shoulder pain may occur in late stage of lung cancer. In addition, when supraclavicular lymphatic metastasis occurs in advanced lung cancer and the lymph nodes are large in size and fused together, it will also compress the nerves in the neck, thus shoulder pain will occur. Once the above situation is found, timely treatment is needed, such as local surgery and radiotherapy.
