How to check for unclosed foramen ovale

Ovarian foramen failure is primarily examined by ultrasound and should be seen in young children older than 3 years of age whose foramen ovale has not yet closed.
Imaging, such as ultrasound, is used to make the diagnosis, including transthoracic echocardiography and contrast-enhanced transcranial Doppler ultrasound sonography. Cardiac catheterization may also be used and can directly confirm the presence of patent foramen ovale failure. Electrocardiograms or X-rays are usually unremarkable.
Ovarian foramen magnum is mainly treated with interventional therapy and surgery, which should be carried out in professional institutions. Daily attention should be paid to avoiding strenuous exercise, paying attention to bed rest, maintaining balanced nutrition, paying attention to increasing or decreasing clothing, preventing colds and flu, going to fewer places where people gather, and consuming less spicy and stimulating food.
