Preferred for hypertension combined with kidney disease

The drugs of choice for hypertension combined with nephropathy are antihypertensive drugs. The drugs of choice include angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin receptor inhibitors, calcium channeling agents, thiazide diuretics, tab diuretics, and betablockers. The drugs of choice are ACEI and ARBs which need to be used with caution if creatinine exceeds 221umol/L or 2.5mg/dl. The principles of blood pressure lowering are followed according to the guidelines of different countries. The goal of antihypertensive therapy for patients with hypertension combined with nephropathy can be stratified by diabetes, age, proteinuria, etc. Blood pressure is controlled to 140/90 mm Hg. If the patient can tolerate the target value of blood pressure, it can be lowered a little more appropriately.
