Late-stage liver cancer usually does not infect family members. Liver cancer is a malignant tumor in the liver area, and malignant tumors are not contagious, so there is no contagious situation of liver cancer. However, if hepatitis B or hepatitis C induces cancerous lesions in the liver, hepatitis B and hepatitis C viruses may be transmitted to family members through blood and body fluids, but normal contact is not contagious. Liver cancer patients should go to regular hospitals for examination and treatment in time. For early stage liver cancer patients, surgical resection may be able to achieve clinical cure, but for intermediate and advanced liver cancer patients, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery and other comprehensive treatments are needed.
