It is recommended that the patient go to an ENT clinic and have the doctor do an examination around the ear piercing and recommend the following treatment: 1. It is recommended that the patient first try to remove the earring or stud and have the doctor check the local condition of the ear piercing to see if there is any local infection foci. It is recommended to do local debridement and medication change to remove the local infected tissue, and daily debridement and medication change to promote the healing of the wound, and wait for the wound to grow well before wearing the earrings. 2. If the infection is always repeated, it is recommended that the patient replace the earrings if necessary, and wear silver or metal earrings, as metal earrings are less stimulating to the local area of the earring, and are less likely to induce local infection and changes such as local eczema in the earring. If the ear piercing is frequently inflamed, it is recommended that the patient go to a specialized ENT department for disinfection and medication changes to avoid further expansion of the local infection and induce infection and necrosis of the ear cartilage.
