Contraindications to Anrotinib (i.e. Anrotinib Hydrochloride Capsules) include those who are allergic to the product, pregnant and lactating women, those who have a diagnosis of centralized squamous lung cancer, or those who are at risk of hemoptysis.
Anrotinib Hydrochloride Capsules is a multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor with the effect of inhibiting the proliferation of a variety of tumor cells, and is suitable for the treatment of some non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, and medullary thyroid carcinoma.
Contraindications include hypersensitivity to the product, centralized squamous lung cancer or risk of hemoptysis, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, pregnancy and lactation. Very common adverse reactions include fatigue, weight loss, hypertension, diarrhea, abdominal pain, oropharyngeal pain, vomiting and nausea.
