What’s wrong with me if I get diarrhea when I eat the same thing?

Eating the same thing others are fine their own diarrhea, may be due to eating too much caused by functional dyspepsia, or by food stimulation, induced irritable bowel syndrome, acute gastroenteritis and other factors caused.
1. Functional dyspepsia: related to eating too much, food accumulates in the intestinal tract without peristalsis, easy to cause functional dyspepsia, manifested as diarrhea, abdominal pain.
2. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): If you are intolerant to food and have poor gastrointestinal function, you may suffer from diarrhea after eating due to irritation of the intestines and stomach, accompanied by abdominal pain and loss of appetite.
3. Acute gastroenteritis: usually associated with eating unhygienic, if the plate disinfection is not complete or diet unhygienic, after eating bacteria and other pathogens repeatedly stimulate the gastrointestinal mucosal tissues easy to cause an acute reaction, manifested as acute diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and so on.
If one’s physical condition is relatively poor, or more sensitive to food, try to reduce the relevant dietary intake. Afterwards, more observation should also be made. If the diarrhea does not improve for a long time, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
