Confirmed cases are generally defined as confirmed cases of neocoronavirus pneumonia, which are usually defined as positive nucleic acid tests for neocoronavirus or positive specific antibodies in unvaccinated persons and having associated clinical manifestations, imaging features of neocoronavirus pneumonia, or a clear epidemiologic history. Confirmed cases of C.pneumonia are those with clinical manifestations such as fever, cough, malaise, etc., with imaging features of C.pneumonia, normal or decreased white blood cell counts, normal or decreased lymphocyte counts in the early stage of the disease, or with a relevant epidemiologic history, etc., and with one of the pathogenetic or serologic evidences. Pathogenetic or serologic evidence is: new coronavirus nucleic acid positivity, new coronavirus specific IgM antibody and IgG antibody of unvaccinated people are positive, and gene sequencing is highly homologous to known viruses.
