The rash is distributed on the palms of the hands or feet, scattered in a few, and if it is dense, it may also appear on the back of the hands and feet in addition to the palms and feet. In addition to the hands and feet, it may also be distributed to the buttocks, and red papules or herpes may be seen on the skin around the anus. After the appearance of the rash of HFMD, the rash is usually increasing in number in the first 1-2 days and reaches its peak on the third day, after which it will slowly subside, and when it subside, the herpes does not break down, but disappears in combination with scleroderma, and its rash is usually not accompanied by obvious itching or pain.
