Duodenal bulb obstruction is usually considered to be due to factors such as duodenal bulb ulcers, intestinal torsion, and duodenal tumors. Drugs such as omeprazole or surgery are usually needed to relieve the obstruction.
1. Duodenal bulb ulcer: If the ulcer is long, it will lead to the formation of scar in the duodenal bulb, thus leading to obstruction. Usually, mild cases can be treated with acid-suppressing drugs such as omeprazole, while severe cases need surgery to relieve obstruction.
2. Intestinal torsion: Intestinal torsion usually leads to obstruction of the duodenum, which is relatively serious and can lead to necrosis of the intestinal mucosa caused by insufficient blood supply to the intestinal tract. Surgery is usually needed.
3. Duodenal tumor: when there are primary tumors or metastatic tumors in the duodenum, it will cause duodenal ball obstruction. Surgical resection or radiotherapy is also needed.
All of the above drugs should be applied under medical supervision. If there is duodenal ball obstruction, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible, and give relevant measures with the help of doctors.
