Normally ovarian cysts will not affect leukorrhea and vaginal bleeding, but there is a situation such as endocrine disorders caused by ovarian cysts, or the cysts are malignant and have involved the fallopian tubes or the uterus, and the symptom of blood in the leukorrhea may occur. Generally, pathological ovarian cysts may lead to endocrine disorders, which may cause irregular menstruation and lower abdominal discomfort. Most of the patients may have endocrine disorders in this case, and there may be blood in the leukorrhea during the non-menstrual period, which is mainly caused by irregular shedding of the uterine lining. If patients with ovarian cysts present with symptoms of blood in the leukorrhea, the first thing to do is to rule out cervical lesions, first do TCT and HPV examination, and then do gynecological examination, such as ultrasonography, to rule out endometrial lesions. If all these lesions are ruled out, the endocrine disorder may be caused by ovarian cysts.
