Side effects of lactobacillin tablets

  Lactobacillin tablets contain 1.2g of lactobacillin per tablet, and the excipients are starch, sodium cyclamate, cocoa powder, magnesium stearate and talcum powder. Adverse reactions in the instruction are labeled as unclear.  The literature reported that after taking lactacystin for 2h, the patient felt itchy all over the body, no obvious rash appeared, tolerated, and the itchy symptoms lasted for about 1h and then relieved by itself; after continuing to take lactacystin tablets for about 1h, the patient appeared itchy again, and the whole body rash with local blisters appeared. It has also been reported that lactacystin can cause extrapyramidal reactions in pediatric patients, who exhibit clenched hands, closed teeth and unstable gait after taking the drug. From the above literature reports, lactacystin tablets may cause allergic reactions and central nervous system adverse reactions. It is prohibited for those who are allergic to cow’s milk, and should be used with caution for allergic individuals and those with central nervous system diseases. When using Lactacystin Tablets, skin reactions and central nervous system reactions should be closely observed and discontinued as soon as they occur.
