What is the timing of surgery for vesicovaginal fistulae?

In addition, in the tumor or radiotherapy-induced fistula should not be repaired before the tumor is cured; urethral fistula combined with bladder stones should be dealt with first bladder stones, and stones can not be removed through the fistula; tuberculosis urethral fistula need to be preceded by anti-tuberculosis treatment, tuberculosis inflammation during the forbidden repair; bladder, vagina inflammation during the inflammation of the tissues should not be surgical treatment due to inflammation and edema; patients of childbearing age, the operation is preferred in the postmenstrual period of 1 week.
