Difference between orange peel and tangerine peel and its effects

Chenpi is also known as orange peel. There is no difference between Chenpi and orange peel, the effects of which are to dissolve phlegm and dry dampness, strengthen the spleen and regulate qi.
The effects of tangerine peel are drying dampness and resolving phlegm (expelling dampness by drying dampness and resolving phlegm), strengthening the spleen and regulating qi. It is mainly used in the treatment of chest paralysis (chest tightness and pain) and shortness of breath caused by phlegm and qi obstruction; cold phlegm and phlegm caused by damp phlegm and cold phlegm, coughing with cold phlegm, excessive phlegm, eructation (hiccup), vomiting, vomiting with diarrhea and low food intake, and distension of epigastrium (stomach and abdomen) caused by stagnation of qi in the spleen and stomach and obstruction of cold and dampness.
Adverse effects of Chen Pi are not clear, and it is contraindicated for people with yin deficiency and dry cough.
