The first thing to find out is what causes bleeding during intercourse. If the vaginal wall is damaged due to rough sex, no special medication is needed if the bleeding is not heavy or stops on its own. If the bleeding does not decrease or is heavy, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible and have the vaginal wall removed and sutured if necessary. If bleeding from intercourse is caused by precancerous lesions of the cervix or cervical cancer, in this case, it is necessary to go to the hospital as soon as possible for screening TCT and HPV for cervical cancer and further referral for colposcopy if the results of the two tests are problematic.
